This is a total indulgence dessert.
Use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and layer a cream cheese filling between.
For the cream cheese filling: 1 – 8oz. package cream cheese (softened), 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg.

A great recipe for pumpkin bread and muffins for Thanksgiving weekend – Enjoy!
3 cups sugar
1 cup corn oil
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup water
